First Baptist Church of Attleboro First Baptist Church of Attleboro, Massachusetts.

First Baptist is an American Baptist Church, founded in 1895.  Our roots can be traced back to the seventeenth century when pilgrims like Roger Williams came to America to escape the religious persecution in Europe. The freedom in Christ to make up our own minds on religious questions is central to our identity. We are located in the Attleboro Center (118 South Main Street., near the Railroad Station) and would welcome you to visit us on a Sunday morning.

Sunday School begins at 9:30 a.m with worship following at 10:45, with nursery care provided. During the summer worship is at 9:30 AM with nursery provided.

If you have spiritual questions and are looking for a church home, please visit us. We will encourage your spiritual journey with an open mind and an open heart.

  • Main church building is accessible to people with physical disabilities: including an elevator at the rear entrance with parking close by. The Sunday School building is at ground level and also handicapped accessible.
